Founded in Ireland with a simple belief that great software changes lives. What started as a small Irish software company has grown into a team of 150+ engineers, designers, and strategists delivering 350+ products across Ireland and Europe.

We learn the business first
Before Square Root Solutions, our CEO Ciarán Stone and co-founder Raza Noorani rebuilt The Clubman, a GAA app that reached number one on Ireland's sports app charts, after an earlier outsourced build failed. That's where the company started: fixing something broken and building something people actually used.
That instinct hasn't changed. Whether we're building for a school, a hospital system, a sports organisation, or a sustainability platform, the same approach applies: understand how the organisation actually works before writing a single line of code.
